I am here with Codeclouds for last 3 years. Codeclouds Technology is a company which provides its employees the ultimate job satisfaction. It is a company which has come out in flying colors in the field of web designing & web development. Established in 2003 codeclouds has the aim of reaching the top position & their rate of success has taken them to their goal. Being a small company it maintains strong HR policies. Managers are very co-operative. Our project manager Mr.Kinkar Saha always motivates us to give our best effort. It is a Best company to be in. Lots of learning opportunities.

What is Codeclouds

Codeclouds means full of code and in fact that is truth. There is nothing but code. During my job at Codeclouds, I have seen nothing but code. There was no life. In fact I had forgot what my family is, why I am earning, everything. I believe my feeling is same with others working or left Codeclouds. With your 100% effort you can't able to make them happy. So, what can make them happy? It might be infinite. Actually their expectation never ends. Normally office time starts from 10:00AM-10:30AM and it continues up to infinity. There is no fixed office hour. Timing is officially 10:00AM to 7:00PM. But I have not seen anyone have able to leave office in time including me. The 7 extends to 10 or night stay. Project Manager at Codeclouds, who thinks himself as the best PM in this software industry, normally starts his activity after 8:00PM. At that time he chats with clients, receives request from clients, and throws the request to the developer and that becomes an urgent issue and need to complete instantly, which causes late night stay or night stay. Instead of working in this environment, after 4 or 5 month they will notify you that your performance is very poor. You are not growing yourself. If you are not getting time from your job then how can you do that? After that they will terminate you with 30 days’ notice. Now I don't think you have ever heard that this notice period is you have to serve up to those 30 days. Otherwise you will not get a single document about your job and release and will threat you that their legal advisor will take legal action against it and will not give you the salary till you have worked. There is a HR, But he is really a showpiece. Project Manager is all in all. He is the Owner, Project Manager, HR, everything. They have formed this company taking peoples from another Company where Project Manager worked for more than 1.5 year. At present you will not see a single former employee there who was from the beginning except the management team as they have sacked everyone one by one. If this company can do these kind of behavior with the core employees who were from the formation of the company, they it must happen with you. I can say there is no Job Security, no Rewards. Still interested to work with them? Please read the terms and conditions with the Appointment Letter and taste the job. Then you can feel what Codeclouds is.

Codeclouds, the name is a big Scam in my career. It was started with a Team of 10 Members (which was Technically very very strong) from another company. Everyone was experienced, but joined Codeclouds in faith of Mr. Kinkar Saha who is the only PM of Codeclouds and Partner. Another brand of Codeclouds is fushionxpert.com. Still Codeclouds is Proprietary Company which is registered under Madhyamgram Municipality and development center in Saltlake though they claim that they are Pvt. Ltd. Office Time: 11:00 AM max to 10:30 PM daily. Sometimes or for some persons it extends up-to 12:30 PM or whole night. Strength: 15 including the partners and all. HR have no value. Mr. Kinkar Saha (PM) is all in all of this company who is a person who don't think that an employee can have his own life. One of the employee is currently in position to divorce as he used to leave office at 12:00 PM, sometimes not permitted to go back home. Presently he have left the company at an extreme position and not got any documents. He was in Codeclouds from beginning. Mr. Kinkar Saha is PM and Tester both. Everyday he starts testing and finding bugs from 8:00 PM onwards, and throws requests from client. Working in Codeclouds is being in hell. You will forget about your personal life. There is no overtime bonus. Notice Period: 1 Month. For some employees it is up-to 6 month or a 2 years bond. Leaving Codeclouds: - You can't expect any kind of papers - You will be claimed to return back properties of Codeclouds though you have transferred everything. - You can't expect you last salary. - You will be threatened through mail. Still none of the employees who left and from starting of Codeclouds including me have got the papers. One of them have terminated after 6 month and given notice for 15 days to find a new job. After getting a job in 3 days he asked them to leave from the job as he was terminated. But as he had not completed 15 days notice, he have not got the papers, salary. After that all employees including me are still being threatened through email with a lot of claims like "You have not transferred your knowledge", "You have not backed legal properties of Codeclouds", "Our legal team will meet you shortly" etc. If you are still interested to go to hell, I will request you to please read the Terms & Conditions with Appointment Letter carefully before signing it.
