HR - most fickle minded people. These are the ones who play with the policies, altering them according to their whims and fancies. Most hated of the lot. Misuse their position. Policies are not employee friendly. Always looking to extract the last mile out of exhausted employees. Admin - The less said the better. Rascals - never are courteous. Behave like they are doing a favor by working. on second thoughts, do they work at all? Stay away from these people. Colleagues and PMs are good. All my colleagues are good hearted and supportive, thankfully. If you are a lateral and offered a job - DECLINE!

I was sad to see the posting about sexual harassment at Virtusa's Hyderabad campus. This should never happen, and should be reported local management and HR. If this dosn't resolve the situation, then write a letter to the COO Raj Rajgopal at Corp HQ in the US. I assure you that he will not tolerate this alleged behaviour. No company is perfect, and there are always individuals whose behaviour puts the entire company in a bad light. But Virtusa on the whole is a good employer. It is much smaller than TCS, InfoSys and Wipro, but its size and the agility this enables is also its strength. Virtusa is now being profiled by the Analyst firms, and highly regarded by its clients. The large IT services companies are in big trouble. But don't apply to Virtusa for an easy life. We want the best people, however you will be recognised and rewarded.

Virtusa is the worst company to work for. The managers are not friendly at all. They sexually exploit female employees. Have no sexual harassment code of conduct. They give worse experience certificate if you say anything negative about management and are having a lot of free time to file cases on ex-employees.

Good place for freshers, For laterls this i hell they will make u to report to a Junior since he is senior post. No policy and standard, Worst HR policy, Poor Management,Package will vary depends on project needs no standards

Here are my comments on Virtusa, Hyderabad - A very good work place - Very good pay structures - Good moral values - Prompt payments - Poor leadership - Some inefficient/incapable Managers are spoiling the fame of Virtusa - A place for freshers - Ambiguos HR policies ( Policies change frequently) - Good onsite oppurtunities for QA

I worked 4 years for Virtusa. Here are my comments Work: Overall work culture is good. Respect each other. If you do some thing well, you will get good appreciations from the management. You can learn new things and there is a scope to implement your ideas. Values: 1.Virtusa has nice values, unfortunately some thing happened to employee, they give a job to one of family member. 2. If any employee got major injure or illness, company will collect the funds from employees and support the family. HR: One of the best worst HR in IT industry because they don’t have constant mind, every time they change the policies and employees don’t understand those. These are the only guys don't follow Virtusa values. Administration: Admin team feels that they are the owners of the company, they are not at all employee friendly. Example1: If you submit medical bills, they call medical shop and they will ask is it original bill. Example2: If you submit expenses, they will ask 1000’s of questions. Promotion Policy: Not yet all good. Recruiting: If you put papers, to keep you in the company, they will give job to you wife/sister/brother even they give job to your parents also. They don’t even check their qualification.
