This company is full of shit. The HRs dont have any ethics. The managers are very crooked. They just enjoy torturing their team members. PEROT is a place for people who are basically third grade professionals. They will send u to onsite saying that its going to be development. But if u go there then u will find out that u have been sent to work in Shifts. PEROT fire good people. But they carry shit bags like few in UBS projects. UBS is the most scum bag project. UBS as a company is very good. But PEROT UBS vertical is very bad and full of politics. The politics start right from the project director. The immigration services is also shit. They behave as if they know everything. They are a bunch of monkeys sitting and waiting for some one else to do their work. All in all the company is worst. Please do not join PEROT if you are a honest person.

I can just say that this company sucks. There are no good managers with whole lots of politics. I was here for 6 years and I found is that this company cares only about the people who have no skill but boot licking. They don't have money to be given to the associates rather they can spend on salaries of inefficient managers or boot lickers.

Totally hopeless! I have spent a good 6 years in this company now, i am writing this review on that right. Unless all management team starting from project managers are totally replaced this company is going nowhere. I just cant believe dell is now using perot's management team rather their own. Soon dell will sell this piece of shit to somebody else or just shutdown the company. You just have to be extremely lucky to get into a decent team. Everything is full of politics and boot-licking is the only quality which is desired. There are definitely good teams around but they are rare to find. One good thing about this company is onsite opportunities for young people. If you happen to goto UK there is a fair chance of staying there for 5 years and get PR and jump to a good company. If you have 2-5 yrs experience and want to go onsite then think about this company.

Worked with Perot Systems for more than two years.The overall morale of the company is next to non existent.Higher management seems like hard core followers of ostrich (they hide their faces in a ditch and feels everything is all right)simply ignoring employees and talking about how great they are. They basically are targeting only support and maintenance projects as they are generally higher revenue projects and do not require innovative and technically skilled staff.Somehow Mr CEO(Now VP) is determined to turn a services development company into a call center and in the process losing most of the work and still pretends as if he is doing great.They don't give hikes etc as they have lot of people in higher management and most of the budget is gone to their fat pay-roles.Lot of unnecessary groups for domain etc.Mr CEO focuses on wearing formals etc and did create special squads to monitor that.Though he should be focusing on monitoring the sales team.Company have lot of groups for domains , testing etc all of them useless as the aim is to boss around people and not grow in technology. Fortunately i have worked with some of the very best technical people in the company unfortunately their number is decreasing day by day. In simple words company doesn't care about technical staff.So if you are a technical person Dell Perot systems should be avoided. Finally as they try to formalize success as some strange looking formula looks like something "success= 1+G2+E4 etc...." no one really cares about these formulas? until your focus ignores the core of your business technical people :( Also they bypass exit interviews/surveys.

Worst company to work with

I spent 3 years before I left so I can give fair and real feedback about the company. Its sheer wastage of time specially if you are experienced because you will not get good rating even if you work hard untill you lick the feet of project manager.Only Licking quality requires to get promotions there. No technical person can grow there.Also salary increment is very less.If you could not negotiate at joining time, just forget any significant hike in future. favoritism is all prevailing here. No fair chance to grow at all. My strong advice not to join this company even if you are fresher. No question of joining this company if you are experienced.Most unfortunate is that you will hardly get any good colleague in new team. All are feeling insecure so they generally not friendly with new joinees.

The company has a reputation of ruining one's life, It drains out all your technical skills by making you sit on bench for more than six months. PMs claim to be Noble Prize winners, but when it comes to talk to Clients they can not utter a single word. Join this company only when you want don't want to grow - Best Wishes !

I had a horrible Experience working in Perot Systems. Only jerks and jokers can survive in this company. The work culture is full of official politics; project managers can even mortify Indian politicians and prostitutes. Your appraisals are not based on your hard work, skills but it depends how good sucker you are. There are whatsoever no ethics and principles, people who write a single line of code don’t become the star performers. One such Mother fucker mangers is Sanaj Verma . Only students from schedules castes are recruited as fresher’s & they spend a lot hell of time playing cricket, flirting with cheap girls and when it come to work they create chaos. The project Managers feel very proud in eating others credibility and blame others for their sins. The PM often challenges the developers that if they have water in their testicles bag then find another job for themselves. Perot Systems have no knowledge of software development or consulting. Most of their clients have taken their projects back from pero systems. There is no job security, I have seen many talented developers are terminated without any reason or may be their PM are scared of their talents. Their Campus is good but may be will become some hotel after the company is bankrupt and already this company is going in a big loss. I request all the talented people not to join this company and all the US UK clients to not to give your projects to give this third class company. I wish some in Pero’s or that jerk some jain should read this article . The only good thing for me was the perotsav day which they celebrate for their failures.(ha ha ha) and the t-shirts they give for free which I nowdays use to clean my bike and my flush. (ha ha ha ).

for fresher it is always a dream company but if you work with it for an year you will feel that this is the worst company to work with. some of the recruiters are shameless after joining of candidate they ask girls to have sex with them but some of them are really cool and they care people if they have selected someone. they don't care for talent and the work you have done. the person who take coffee break with them and who makes gossip with them gets better appraisal they will not increase your salary even a single penny a month untill you didn't give a resignation to them it's all about perot systems hope you love to work with it one more thing there is no job security you can be terminated at any time without any information but yes you will get salary for a month after your temination enjoy

I happen to interact with team members of Perot systems during a CAMPUS Drive at Ghaziabad recently..i think the guys are cool..the equation between them excellent though they were from different verticals.. Most of them have been with the company for more than 5 years..proves everything.. GR8..keep it up.. THIS ONE IS FOR NEGATIVE SOULS..SHAPE IN OR SHIP OUT

I happen to read a review by someone about campus drive at dehradun....fortunately i was part of the drive..thanks to Team Perot and team IT Professioanls Forum..Usually due to inter college rivalry all colleges are not extended invite by the host college..however, ITPF and team Pewrot had ensured that all eligible candidates from the region are extended the invite through the respective colleges..its hard to believe that there were dissatisfied souls after a drive that was professionally managed and process was transparent..Though i wasn't selected( due to very high competition)..i dont think i or for that matter anyone should put the blame on the recruiters or organizers...its really shameful..we should feel obliged and thankful that companies are extending opportunities to us..My humble request to all participating colleges and stundents..Plz..dont indulge in such loose talks..it reflects bad on us only..we will be the loosers at the end..I request the person who so ever posted the blog to come forward and share with us his/her details..we will all try to understand reasons..else we request the person to send an apology as such acts effect all the stakeholders..Infact Graphic Era college Management should look into the matter seriously and come out with the facts..

review on perot systems by graphic era students is disturbing and painful...i am a student from gurukul vishwavidyalaya, haridwar..though i am not selected still i dont agree to the thoughts shared..the drive was managed excellently by the team of perot..we had an excellent presentation about the company which was very informative..the presenter..i dont recall the name..someone very senior, was able to connect very well with the crowd and was able to give some imporatant insights on not only Perot Systems but also the industry.. everyone gave a big applause after the presentation..had the results not been ready we would have wanted the presentation to last longer..anyways..it was agood experience and i envy all those who made it..there's always a next time..i'm ready PEROT...

hi! last month i attended a drive conducted by ITPF-INDIA for Perot systems at Pauri, Uttrakhand. we came to know that the team was at Dehradun till 4am and yet after travelling for 4 hrs, they started the process at our college at Pauri well on time. The Team looked fresh and made us feel so comfortable. I have really learnt a lot from the seniors of the team who impressed me with their knowledge & personality ..though they never tried to sell us that we should join them but i feel all of us were sold with the idea that Perot is our dream company and we should be part of it..

Hopeless company!!!! nothing more to say!! you're given work that isn't meant for you. chances of growing are minimal. the seniormost ppl of the project treat you worse than donkeys!! all that is good is that you develop good relations with your colleagues and its a 5 day week plus there is time to give to yourself as work is not extremely stressful but almost all the ppl who join here know that they are going to leave the company as soon as the chance arrives. the campus is good but the mamagement isn't!!

good infrastructure.rest is all bureaucracy . with minimal professional ethics and attitude.loads of maintenance projects. The staffing executives in Man power allocation task committee just out of any third grade local MBA colleges act like teachers of kindergarten & feel they r the Boss, behaves very strange and stupidly with the techies. Your supervisor is u r boss and in fact all-in-all, HR will only wag their tail behind bosses, so mind u keep a good relationship. U r supposed to stay in office till 11 pm at night just to take con call even if they start at 9 pm.

Hopeless company with no ethics. They suck right from HR policy to management. Senior Management converts everything into an ego issue. If u don't get along with your Vertical head, you better look for another job.lacks decent projects. False projects/roles are promised at the time of joining. Once you join, you are at their mercy. Even an experianced person would be given the work of a fresher. people would be kept on bench for long. A company attracts a lot of people with minimal knowledge about computers.
