This is the worst company. The biggest mistake of my life. I ruined my career. Any one who want to join krawler plz do not join. They still didn't gave me appraisal yet n still they want better performance. They do not follow any design patterns. Code is mess. You will not get to learn anything. Company suck!!!!!!!!

The positive feedback written on the forum must have been written by the management... What kind of company makes girls work till 10 30 11 in the night and expect them to be in office the next day at 9 and to add to that there is no girls wash room...It was very sad experience working there...

company has its pros and cons.
to start with, u learn a lot in dis company. though they don't actually implement any software engineering practices in real terms but they do it anyhow.
They have got some really talented technical guys who form the real backbone of d organisation and it is just good for freshers and not for people with experience.
You must plan your stay in this company.

Creating shit in the name of *** brand. I have never seen such fraud ***.
The *** doesnt knw anything technical. Only he knows how to exploit people. Anybody interested to file case against this company, I will join him.

The worst company. The guys who write good reviews are due to the pressure of the head of companies. He doest that to employees and even write reviews by himself. He is there to fill only his pocket. We all have given him 75,000 deposit then only we were called to join krawler. But it was the biggest mistake of my life.
A bit of advice to people. You should not even think of joining krawler. If you join then you would remember my words right from 1st week of joining. These guys are real fraud. They just copy and paste open source and make money.

The developer below must have been fired. You are only doing your own self a favour by working 12 hours a day for 6 days a week in your first year of job. Atleast the company has enough work to do. I have seen other developers with years of experience in infosys and tcs who know shit more than krawler guys in their first year. this company trains you in their shit. even google works with open source tools so take it easy.

every thing above is a hoax...ask the ones who are working 12 hrs a day for 6 days a week for rs 8000 per month...that too if u sign a 2 year bond with 75000 deposit....talking bout career growth...they work with opensource apps and tools dubbed with there name....for example extjs --> wtf.

I have implemented Krawler's products for Starbucks Coffee Chain. I must say that it was fairly easy to implement and I got a lot of credit and brownies from Starbucks' team for the fast implementation. Also, the product was so customizable that the required features were only available with Krawler. So I got a lot of credit without actually having to do anything!! But I must say that the product is far ahead of any other ERP products in the market today, their team of engineers is by far the best I have seen, I would say way ahead of the Indian IT companies and probably better than even the engineers at SAP!! (had worked with them earlier)

I work for Krawler in Malaysia. The Indian technical team is excellent and by far the best. I was earlier with Microsoft so I can vouch for the tech team. My Malaysian boss needs to learn a thing or two from his Indian counterpart though hehe.

Good technology, product focused. People are hardworking. Best training ground for Java and JS. Get a chance to work with smart techies. On the bad side, work pressure is high and job security is relative. Underperformers are routinely weeded and flushed out. Salary is at par with TCS.
