HCL in their offer letter stated that notice period is 2 months.But after employee joins they... Basic issue is Company and HR are very unethical.
HCL in their offer letter stated that notice period is 2 months.But after employee joins they changes it to 3 month silently.They keep it a low profile and will not inform employe.
If employee get good rating in appraisal HR will change ... notice period to 3 months.I joined HCL 1 year back.After my appraisal I got EE rating and HR changed notice period to 3 months to prevent me joining other companies.

So if you perform well HCL will try to prevent you from joining other companies through such cheap and mean policies.

Basically they promise anything to get people onboard,But after that HR will cheat you.They pays some media and get best employer award etc....This is another way to make people to join HCL.
