This company is full of arrogant and rude people. Team leads and managers don't have simple courtesy for their colleagues. HR department is nonexistent (2 HR people for almost 200 employees). Work environment is highly stressful. Employees are expected to work for up to 16 hours a day. No social activities are planned at all. And no wonder people leave in droves when they see first hand the real monster of this company. No general care for the employee. New comers specially are treated very badly. First a very pathetic training is given to new joiners and if a trainee dares to ask a question once her training is over, she is ridiculed and rebuked and humiliated and made to feel small. They have hopeless software with hundreds of bugs reported each day yet if you introduce one bug all hell breaks loose. If you or any of your friends have interviewed for this company think very hard before joining. Believe me I've seen it all myself, don't go for the yapping of the director or his sugar coated and rose tinted view of the company, the real gutter of a company will be revealed to you as soon as the first day of your joining. The salary will look attractive but it is not worth it to let people walk all over you for a few bucks. Beware! you have been warned.
