    Good company but management is useless. Politics is on par.

    Company functions like a govt organization..recruitment teams looks for gifts and facilities plus.....

    being associated with BT..shld mend their ways..

    One of the recruitement guys had some negative feedbacks on previous organization as well and was thrown out..still continues the same at tech Mahindra..preferws going to colleges who offer more incentives

    This is the most over rated company in India full of illegal practices and scandals.A company which seems to believe that their quality projects can be handled by a bunch of individuals[who are recruited through campus placements] who have cleared their so called World Class training by illegal practices [read copying,instances where in 70% of the people in every batch have bought the online test question papers for Rs 2500 a piece from the trainers themselves 2 days prior to the test].The story doesn't stop here;these 'trained' individuals are now being squeezed for every penny that the company owns from their clients.I am sure the future looks bright for a '420' trained fella at Techmahindra

    Tech M is pathetic.

    Here are 10 Reasons who shouldnt join TechM.



    1. No salary hikes as compared to market standards



    2. Extremely poor HR policies and Management



    3. 1-2 months of delay in Variable pay and that also in Installments of 75% in first month and then remaining 15% in the month after that depending upon your performance which really does matter as the people who work hard are never appreciated and the one who do the butter polish are appreciated.



    4. Lack Professionalism in managers. They think themselves as President of America.



    5. No space to work in the company but still they are hiring.



    6. No proper conveyance even in the weekend. After fighting a lot they will give.



    7. The weekend allowance is just 200/- and for that you need to stay in office for atleast 6 hours even in the weekend otherwise you are not eligible for this allowance as well. Once you claim the allowance for a month, it is paid in your salary after 2 months.



    8. Complete SLAVE of BT and is like a dog who sits and stands on the master's commands.



    9. No proper career growth as there is nothing special TechM works in, they are all old systems and only maintainence work is done atleast in BT. Mostly importantly, No onsite for BT and for other projects the chances are very meagre.



    10. No flexible hours of working as your in time is fixed but not the outtime. For company the delay in variable pay and allowances are more than. It doesnt understand if employees delay the Business by 1 month? What would be the impact?

    Not a good place to work. Feels like working in a govt office. Lots of Favourism and discrimination based on language.

    Management is very bad untrained unprofessional.

    HR never help employees they work under the delivery managers and support management rather than employee.

    People unfriendly organization - Employees are treated as costs rather than assets.

    Poor Management, very Poor HR policies and worst in transparency.



    This company has no future so like me many other bright techies have to option but to quit..Just waiting for appraisal letter & Variable Pay!

    Worst company to work with. Highly unprofessional. No onsite policy, your allowance depends on the HR Persons mood, person working on same grade have major difference in allowances. If you have proximity with manager you can can be king in this company. No value for technical people. If you are good at buttering then this is the ideal place on earth. Worst then a government organisation....
    Employees were treated as cost to company rather then asset....

    The worst company in our country. People here as managers think that they are presidents of America (with a butler english language). And HR always plans to think how to fetch money from the employees. How to cut on their variable pay. Better be far from it. Money is not that all matters, but there are serious issues here in this company.
