I think and Agree to people in few aspects that TechM is hiring the new people with very less experience and 2 times the salary than the existing employees. The Upper Mgmt. is totally ignorant of current employees and even does not care if they are leaving. TechM Top Mgmt. is totally Selfish and only work towards cost cutting which is at the cost of employee's Salary. I left the organization because of this reason. I was handling the whole project and Proved myself as a PM to the senior mgmt. but after being associated with TECM for several yrs and brought several Big projects for which I was admired/Appreciated . But at the time of Appraisal they showed their level of Shrewdness .I was then mentally bound to leave such organisation which has no ethics. But I have very good team of around 100 people who reported me and still loves me a lot there since I always assured that atleast my team should be fortunate to get what they deserve. TechM even warned me for favouring my team which was very unfair and I finally thought of seperating myself from TechM and will never ever look to be part of TechM ..

Guys if you don't beleive me then have an oppurtunity to work there and in some time you will come to know your value at Tech M...
