if ur allocated to the British telecom project in the TCS ur life will be ruined.

u will be made to work like a slaves for the British telecom project.BT people and TCS manager will put a lot of stress and they treat people like slaves.

u will be forced to leave the company form the work stress.

dont join this project and company ur life will be ruined.

all are made to work in the project on saturday and sunday as well in this project and even in the festival time.

and also ur rating will come down in this project as well.

dont join this TCS company to ruin ur personal life and careers and the manager working in this project are waste fellows who will try to ruin ur life and Career.

Its just a voice no one can give the solution but atleast they can know our pathetic situation. First to talk about transport in TCS if your shift at 8 PM then you need to wait till 9:30 PM to know about your cab number alone then other important thing is to get the escort if the female employee is the last drop. And route clubbing will damn worst here alone.. I think to travel all around the world with worst tips you can contact tcs admin.

Then to talk about food.. Here you get good nonveg food like can find cockroach in sambar, spider in dosa, worms in rice and pongal.. And i guess early once they will wash the glass ateast(may be manufacturer washed properly at the time of manufacture the glass). In drinking water you could smell kerosene and bad smell..

So far we have seen the trailer the big picture is rating, salary, pressure, RESPECT FOR INDIVIDUAL (one of the main policy of tcs), policy, shift timing, floor and rest room maintenance and systems.

Now I am in TCS Mumbai...I have joined TCS on Aug'10(fresher...2010 B.Tech passout)...due to several family reasons,have 2 back to kolkata asap...but as u knw nobody cares abt freshers...<1 ...PL,AM,RMG...nobody hears abt my Transfer 2 Kolkata...Pls suggest what 2 do...n if psbl...pls take me back 2 Kolkata...

Third grade company , the company is being run by old fools , the writ of the HR and Resource management runs in this company with no value for techinical guys
It is such huge and vast that it is easy to get lost , if you are new the pm will not even bother to introduce you to the team most of the senior guys here are fools who cannot fit elsewhere and hence are with tcs for a long time are current managers in tcs , that is most of them are sitting there idle and getting salary . all in all do not join them especially if you are a fresher , better join a small company where you will be valued more
