Give you a feeling that you are working in Government company in approx first 6 months.......no work only rest.The salary is less but with 99% job security...even if you join as lateral entry the Salary is very good...obly freshers are there victim's which got least sal whwn compared to other organization....Managers are Quite good.You can demand for the project and technology in which you wish to work..They care for resourses ..always try to [please them with gifts and on-site.Nice Brand name,Friendly Work environment,nice manager,good colleagues.The only drawback is less pay like govt sector....
They will not pay more.Job is secure. Rest all depend on your luck.HR are the worst in industry.
You can join Cognizant, if you do not have a family. You are always expected to work, even at pre and post office hours. Everything is controlled either from Chennai or US. Late night and pre morning calls are very common, even if you have an onsite coordinator. Although the compensation is ok, but definitely not good enough for the kind of work you are doing. Extremely demanding company, and is ready to go to any level to satisfy the client needs.
Its very very very very bad company. HR is shit.All bull shit work. Lot of politics to get onsite. All ass kisser and ass licker will get onsite. fresher oriented company. Moral of the story dont join CTS.
